Most Romantic Places for Honeymoon The Best Romantic Vacations

The best romantic vacations are those that bring a couple together. This can mean spending time alone, without friends or family around. It can also mean an opportunity to do things together. Here are the five best romantic vacations.

Spending vacations on the beach is very good. Vacation on the beach

Beaches are romantic. Sun, sand and the waves relax and remove stress and worry of “everyday.” Relaxation and escaping stress is always better for romance. Find a place on the beach, not a hotel miles from the beach. Dealing with traffic, packing and unpacking the car is not romantic.

If you are a budget, you can do as we did in northern Florida. We spent our conversion van at a campground on the beach. We collected shells together, flew a kite in the wind and took our chairs down the water to watch the sunset. The shores of the great lakes are another great place to check out, and are much cheaper.

Cruises are very romantic. Cruises

Cruises may be the ultimate romantic vacation. To escape from everything – even the sight of land. Being isolated together, especially in the comfort of a cruise can be great for a couple. Just make sure you both like the idea, and quite concerned about the money in the budget does not steal the romance. (Cruise bars are very expensive.)

Talk about your options. Maybe you will discover that you both, if the other was wanted a traditional sunny Caribbean cruise, when in reality, you both would like to watch whales and glaciers on an Alaskan cruise. There are many different styles and destinations for cruises. See if the cruise activities that you enjoy participating together.

If you are low on budget, Trains are your best bet. Trains

In Ecuador, my wife and I took a train from Riobamba to Alausí. It was quaint, romantic and adventurous. I rode on the roof to part of the trip, then huddled for warmth, as it was high in the Andes. The final destination is a valley where you get a view of a rock formation above, called “The Devil’s Nose”, or “Devil’s Nose.”

There are scenic train rides in the world and romantic. Some sections of the most scenic Amtrak take days and may be a trip in themselves. Alternatively, you can plan a vacation in one or more “dinner trains” or scenic rides like the one we took from Silverton to Durango (Colorado beautiful mountains).

The Best Romantic Vacations

Skiing holidays

These are only romantic if you both love to ski, of course. You can be in a dramatic context, sharing is something you like – this is one of the best romantic vacations imaginable. Do not forget to sit together with a chimney at least once while you’re there.

Small towns

We found that some of our most romantic moments are when we live in small towns. This is especially true if the tourist season is mostly over, or have not yet started. Silverton Colorado in September was one of our favorites. No crowds, fantastic views of the surrounding mountains, local music and dancing in bars at night – it was very romantic.

The location is not the most important part of romance. Find a place you both want to go, by all means, but also think about finding things you can do together. Travel where you can share common interests are the best romantic holiday.

Udaipur is one of the best romantic vacations place.
